Dave the Diver mobile price: free trial, unlock cost, PC differences
Dave the Diver is free to download on mobile; one outlet reports 9.99 dollars for the full game. Here is what each DLC costs and what is missing for PC players.
Search for Dave the Diver in your store and you see a free download button. But if you have played it on PC or console, you wonder whether you have to buy it again, and if you have not, you wonder where the paying starts.
The mobile version came out on September 17. You play the opening free, pay once to unlock the full game, and the table below shows each DLC's price at a glance. This is not a hands-on review.

How far does the free trial go, and where do you pay?
It works like a demo. You download for free, play the opening, and pay once to open the full game if you like it. The developer says there are no ads, no extra microtransactions, no paid skins and no pay-to-win elements. You do not watch ads for rewards; you pay once, and based on launch-time reports the only separate purchase is the In the Jungle DLC. Unlocking the full game also opens a Digital Extra pack in the game: a cobra boat skin, a digital artbook and the original soundtrack.
The full game was reported at 9.99 US dollars (about 14,000 won), a figure from one outlet, Inven Global. A launch discount ran through September 30, so check the amount on the store screen right before you pay.
Play the opening free; the full game at 9.99 dollars plus 4.99 dollars if you want In the Jungle.

DLC you played on PC: free, 4.99 dollars, or not on mobile at all
The DREDGE collaboration DLC is free on mobile, and the In the Jungle DLC is a separate purchase. Both are playable from launch day. By contrast, Inven Global reported that the Godzilla collaboration and the Like a Dragon collaboration DLC are not coming to mobile because of the scope of the licensing agreements. The DREDGE content ties in with the fishing game DREDGE, and In the Jungle is an expansion DLC that was available from launch.
If the Godzilla or Like a Dragon collaboration is why you want the game, buy the PC or console version.
Pouring tea with gyro, a three-step camera: what touch changed
In the sushi bar you tilt the phone to pour tea as if you were holding the teapot, thanks to gyro controls. You can rearrange the on-screen buttons yourself, and the underwater camera distance has three settings. In the merfolk village, fast travel to NPCs was reported to be supported.

Already bought it on PC: do you buy it again?
In everything we checked, there is no mobile discount or account link for PC and console owners. Even if you bought the PC version, mobile may need its own purchase, so open the free trial first. We did not confirm file size or supported devices, so check them on the store listing before installing.
